(a) Affect suits pending or rights of the Town existing immediately prior to the effective date of this ordinance.
(b) Impair, void, or affect any grant or conveyance made or right acquired or cause of action as of the effective date of this Code or now existing.
1.21.3
Continuation of Similar Provisions The provisions of this ordinance insofar as they are the same or substantially the same as any prior ordinances shall be construed as a continuation of the prior ordinance.
1.21.4
Severability If any phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, or section of this Code shall be declared unlawful by any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect any of the-remaining phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs, and sections of this Code.
