What we collect
When you request a zoning summary, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone (optional), the city, the property address or parcel number (optional), your answers to the questions, any details you add, and which permission boxes you checked, with the date and the exact wording you agreed to, and the page you sent it from.
To stop spam floods, we keep a scrambled one-way code made from your internet address, mixed with a secret key. We do not store your internet address itself. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) also keeps standard technical server logs for security.
This site has no accounts, cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
If you tell us you have signed an agreement with a real estate broker for the property (or to find you one), we do not save your request.
Children
This site is for adults dealing with property. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor sent us information, call or text us and we will delete it.
How we use it
To prepare your zoning summary and contact you about it. We text you only if you checked the texting box, and we send market-update emails only if you checked that box. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Where it is kept
Requests are stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and reviewed by Stockton Farnsworth. We keep a request as long as we need it to serve you and to keep the business records real estate brokers must keep, or until you ask us to delete it, when the law allows.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with people who help us serve you (for example our brokerage, RE/MAX Associates, as required for licensed real estate activity, and our hosting and email providers) or when the law requires it.
Third-party tracking
We do not allow third parties to collect information about your activity on this site or across other sites.
Do Not Track
Because this site does not track visitors, it treats every visit the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you sent us, call or text 801-664-3370. To stop texts, reply STOP. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link or tell us.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If we add cookies, analytics or new tools that handle your information, this page will be updated before they go live.
