The Board shall, upon receipt of the letter of application for a variance, schedule a date for hearing on the matter. The hearing date shall be no less than ten (10) days, nor more than thirty (30) days from the date of application. Notice shall be given to adjoining land owners in the manner described in Chapter 1 of this Code, and in addition, notice of hearing shall be published at least once prior to the date of the hearing in a newspaper having general circulation in the Town. The date and nature of the hearing shall also be posted at the Town hall pror to the hearing in accordance with the Utah Open Meetings Act.
