The Planning Commission may authorize the issuance of a Permanent or Temporary Conditional Use Permit, as outlined in this Code, for the following uses of land in the Agricultural Zone. a) Milk processing. b) Religious activities. c) Stables, riding academies, riding schools and accompanying stables. d) Exotic animals. e) Animal specialties. f) Public utilities and functions. g) The selling, storing, and distribution of earthen products.
