Each dwelling shall be maintained on the lot on which its zoning clearance was approved until and unless the area it is in is rezoned. Any subsequent building after rezoning must

comply with the new requirements. No portion of any lot shall be sold, deeded, divided or
otherwise transferred in such a manner as to make the existing lot non-conforming.
