Accessory buildings in the RA – Zone shall be located not closer than 6 feet from the property line, except on corner lots, where accessory buildings shall not be constructed closer than 30 feet to the side of the lot abutting the side street. Accessory buildings shall be located parallel with or behind the foremost point of the dwelling or main building.
