A. Site plan review is required for the following:
a. All new development unless exempted by this section; b. Remodeling of existing commercial development involving an addition of two thousand (2,000)
square feet or more to the finished square footage of an existing structure; c. A use change as defined by this chapter involving an addition of two thousand (2,000) square
feet or more to the finished square footage of an existing structure; or d. New mobile home parks or RV parks. B. Site plan review is not required for the development of the following, as defined in this title: a singlefamily dwelling; a duplex; an accessory dwelling unit; subdivisions, or remodeling or additions to existing structures comprising less than two thousand (2,000) square feet of new construction.
