Any land use authority may postpone deliberation of any application or approval until such time that any unlawful nonconformity or unlawful noncompliance associated with the subject property, structure, site, or entity is remedied. Furthermore, any land use authority may deny
any application or approval if it is found that the subject property, structure, site, or entity is in violation of any provision of the City Code.
