A. Unless exempted from subdivision requirements by State law, this Subdivision Code
applies to any property that is divided or proposed to be divided into two or more lots which are located wholly or partially within the city limits of Bountiful, Utah. B. No person shall subdivide property except in compliance with this chapter, Bountiful City Land Use Code, and any other applicable law.
