The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all areas of unincorporated Box Elder County. Solid waste landfills shall not be allowed in the County until the property has been successfully rezoned to a Solid Waste Zone, obtain a Conditional Use Permit, and until all requirements of this chapter have been met.
