A. Structures associated with public utility uses will comply with the design standards put
forth in this chapter, including color, exterior materials, roof design, etc.
B. Above-ground utility equipment and other visible utility infrastructure shall be housed in a structure designed to reduce any potential visual and noise impact on neighbors in residential and commercial zones. In industrial zones, the equipment and infrastructure may be screened in a manner compliant with the requirements for that zone.
