Accessory buildings constructed or used in connection with antennas, monopoles or other facilities must comply with the required setback, height, and landscaping requirements of the
zoning district in which they are located. All utility lines on the lot leading to the accessory building, antenna, monopole or other facility or structure shall be installed underground, with exceptions granted as necessary where lines enter the building.
