Cache County zoning code

17.02.070 NOTICE FOR PUBLIC MEETINGS

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Cache County code is at https://www.cachecounty.gov/assets/department/clerk/cachecountyut-ut-2.pdf. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Titles 16 and 17 only, from the PDF on the county's own website (prepared by its code publisher; publisher notes removed). Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Cache County planning before you rely on it.
A. Notice for public meetings and public hearings must comply with the Open and Public Meetings Act, Utah Code Annotated chapter 52-4 and Utah Code Annotated section 17-27a-2 as amended. At the discretion of the Land Use Authority additional notice requirements may be applied; and B. Notice of the time, place, and subject matter of a meeting must be given to the person making a request, the Land Use Authority or official, other affected parties as directed by law, and all adjoining property owners within a three hundred foot (300') radius of the boundary of the subject property. CHAPTER 17.03 REVIEW OF CONSTITUTIONAL TAKING ISSUES

17.02.060 APPEAL A LAND USE AUTHORITY DECISION · 17.03.010 POLICY CONSIDERATIONS
