Cache County zoning code

17.06.020 APPLICATION REQUIRED

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Cache County code is at https://www.cachecounty.gov/assets/department/clerk/cachecountyut-ut-2.pdf. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Titles 16 and 17 only, from the PDF on the county's own website (prepared by its code publisher; publisher notes removed). Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Cache County planning before you rely on it.
A. All requests for a conditional use shall be made on an application form provided by the development services department. B. No use approved as a conditional use may be modified, enlarged or expanded, without obtaining an approved modification to the permit. The application for modification shall be processed as a new permit application under this chapter. The issuance of a permit may require that the existing development site be brought into substantial conformance with the terms of this code in effect on the date the use permit is approved, including, but not limited to: landscaping, screening, parking, and stormwater retention.
