Cache County zoning code

17.13.080 RECLAMATION AGREEMENT

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Cache County code is at https://www.cachecounty.gov/assets/department/clerk/cachecountyut-ut-2.pdf. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Titles 16 and 17 only, from the PDF on the county's own website (prepared by its code publisher; publisher notes removed). Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Cache County planning before you rely on it.
After the applicant has obtained approval of the mineral extraction and excavation master plan as described above, the approval shall be put in the form of a reclamation agreement negotiated by the county attorney and executed by the county executive pursuant subject to the direction of the planning commission. The agreement shall include the following: A. A legal description of the land; B. A copy of the conditional use permit; C. A copy of the approved mineral extraction and excavation master plan; D. All final grading and slope for reclamation of the extraction operation shall meet the requirements of appendix J of the currently adopted international building code; E. A financial guarantee for the rehabilitation and reclamation; F. Other specific requirements, rights and peculiarities pertinent to the project.
