Cache County zoning code

17.14.100 DEVELOPMENT IN PHASES AND TIME OF APPROVAL

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Cache County code is at https://www.cachecounty.gov/assets/department/clerk/cachecountyut-ut-2.pdf. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Titles 16 and 17 only, from the PDF on the county's own website (prepared by its code publisher; publisher notes removed). Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Cache County planning before you rely on it.
A. If development within the RR zone is to be phased, each phase shall be of such size, composition and arrangement that construction, marketing and operation is feasible as a unit independent of any subsequent phases. B. The applicant must begin development within two (2) years from the time of final approval, unless otherwise designated by the county council in the development agreement. The planning commission may grant one 24-month extension to the approval without needing to modify the master plan or associated development agreement. C. Subsequent phases of a multiphase master plan development may begin prior to completion of earlier phases, in accordance with the phasing plan outlined in the development agreement.
