This Ordinance shall be enforced in all incorporated areas of Cannonville Town, Utah. The Town shall not enforce Home Owner’s Association (HOA) Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s). However, if CC&R’s do exist within the incorporated areas of the Town and there is a legal, active board to enforce them, such CC&R’s may prevail.
