All streets and street and roads in a subdivision shall meet the minimum standards of Cannonville Town, in addition to the following:
1. Subdivision improvement plans shall be required for all proposed streets and roads. 2. Streets and roads must have at least 6 inches of pit run rock and 3 inches of gravel. 3. Streets and roads shall meet the minimum standard of the existing street or road they are
connecting to, in addition to the requirements of this ordinance. 4. All streets and roads must be graded and drained with adequate crowning, pipe culverts,
and barrow ditches. 5. All drainage and improvements must be accepted by the Town. 6. These standards are the minimum required, and in some cases may be enhanced. 7. Each road proposal shall be reviewed, inspected, and approved by the Town before any
building permit is issued.
