All lots in any proposed subdivision shall have sufficient area for the location of a dwelling entirely outside the flood plain, and where all setback requirements of the zoning district in which the subdivision is located, can be met. 12.029 OTHER UTILITIES. Installation of utilities shall be provided through underground service in properly recorded easements or rights of way. The Town encourages existing overhead power lines within a proposed subdivision be relocated underground whenever feasible.
