The final plat shall be recorded, by the applicant, at the office of the County Recorder within 1year of final plat approval by the ALUA. The final subdivision plat shall only be recorded once the required improvements have been installed, approved by the County, and all required signature blocks have been appropriately signed. If the final plat is not recorded within the required timeframe, the final subdivision approval from Garfield County shall be null and void and the applicant shall be required to submit a new preliminary subdivision application for review and consideration by the ALUA.
