A detailed site plan, drawn to scale to be determined by the Building Official shall be filed as part of any application, prior to consideration for any building permit.
The construction, alteration, movement, enlargement, replacement, repair, equipment, use and occupancy, location, removal and demolition of structures, or any part thereof, as provided or as restricted in this Ordinance, shall not be commenced, or proceeded with except after the issuance of a written permit for the same by the Building Official. If work is not started on a structure or building within 180 days from issuance of a permit and new permit will be required. Pursuant to the issuance of a building permit in Cannonville Town, the applicant shall submit evidence of having an approved potable water supply and an approved method of waste disposal. Both the water supply and the method of waste disposal shall be approved in writing by the applicable health department prior to the issuance of a building permit.
