Conditional use permit applications shall be available at the Planning Department or on the Town’s official website. Conditional use permit applications shall be submitted to the Town as provided in this Ordinance. Applications shall be accompanied by maps, drawings, statements, or other documents in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance. An appropriate fee outlined in Section 1-9 of this Ordinance shall be collected at the time of submittal.
