The Board of Adjustment shall consist of five (5) members to be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Cornish Town Council. The Chairman of the Planning Commission shall be a member of the Board of Adjustment. Members of the Board of Adjustment shall be appointed for a period of five (5) years, may be removed by a majority vote of the Town Council at any time, and may serve until a replacement is appointed. A quorum shall consist of four (4) or more members present. All meetings of the Board of Adjustment shall be open to the public. The Board shall keep minutes of its proceedings showing the vote of each member upon each question, or if absent or failing to vote, indicating such fact, and the Board shall keep records of its examinations and other official actions.
