The Town of Daniel may avail itself of all remedies available at law or in equity to abate any nuisance or public nuisance. In addition to the nuisances otherwise defined and declared under the Daniel Municipal Code, each of the following acts is hereby declared to be a nuisance and may be abated in as such: (1) Any act which constitutes a nuisance or public nuisance under state law; (2) Engaging in a use or activity that is not permitted in the zone where the use or activity is located; (3) The occupation of any building or structure for which a Certificate of Occupancy and Land Use Compliance has not been issued; and
(4) The occupation or use of a building or structure with a greater density or intensity of use than is permitted in the Certificate of Occupancy and Land Use Compliance.
