Density of developments is a factor of both the sewer and water usage, as well as the size of the structure built in the project. ERU calculations shall be based upon the Unit Equivalent Chart contained in Appendix 2, Figure 11 of this title. If a particular unit does not fit the exact description of one (1) of the uses contained within the table, the planning staff shall make a determination of Equivalent Residential Units (hereinafter referred to as ERUs) using the table as a guideline.
