(1) Single family dwellings shall be constructed on permanent foundations. (2) The roof of each single family dwelling shall have a minimum pitch of two and one-half to twelve (2.5":12") inches. At non-gable ends of the roof there shall be an overhang at the eaves of not less than twelve (12) inches inclusive of rain gutters. (3) Each single-family dwelling shall not be less than twenty (20) feet in depth at the narrowest point. The depth shall be considered to be the lesser of the two (2) primary dimensions of the dwelling exclusive of attached garages, bay windows, room additions, or other similar appendages.
