Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build.
The official Daniel code is at https://danielutah.gov/code-and-ordinances/.

Title 8 only; a separate 2025 subdivision amendment ordinance is not merged in.
Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code.
Confirm anything here with Daniel planning before you rely on it.
The burden of proof for providing the information for determining a nonconforming lot of record rests upon the property owner or its representative. A nonconforming lot of record is determined by making one (1) or more of the following findings by the planning director:
(1) The lot was created prior to the enactment of zoning and has not decreased in size since the creation of the said lot; (2) The lot was created legally under the standards existing at the time of its creation; and (3) A document provided by the Wasatch County planning staff (or the Daniel Planning Commission, as applicable) stating that the lot is a lot of record.
