(1) In order to more effectively facilitate the review and processing of development applications, there is hereby created a Development Review Committee.
(2) The Development Review Committee is composed of representatives from: (a) The planning staff; (b) The engineering department; (c) The water resource department; (d) The fire marshal's office; (e) The health department; (f) The public works department;
[ (g) The sheriff’s department;] [ (h) The county surveyor]
(i) Special service districts; (j) Any other party having pertinent information, when requested by the planning director. (3) The planning director or its designee shall chair this committee.
