Daniel zoning code

8.27.31 Cul-de-sacs

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Daniel code is at https://danielutah.gov/code-and-ordinances/. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Title 8 only; a separate 2025 subdivision amendment ordinance is not merged in. Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Daniel planning before you rely on it.
Cul-de-sacs are discouraged, but may be used only where unusual drainage, topography, or land ownership configurations exist which make other designs undesirable or impossible; and where street plans for the area do not require through circulation. 8.27.32 Nuisance Strip. No subdivision or development shall be approved in which a nuisance strip is proposed. (See Nuisance Strip definition 8.04.02 (137). Sections: 8.28.01 8.28.02 8.28.03 8.28.04 8.28.05 Purpose. Prohibition of Undesirable Emissions. Water Quality. Stream Corridor/Wetland Development Standards. Wildlife Habitat Protection. Culinary Water Source Protection. Erosion Control.
