All meetings and Hearings of the Council, Planning and Zoning Commission and Hearing Officer shall comply with the provisions of this Ordinance and the Utah Code. At least ten(10) days of notice shall be provided for all public hearings required by this Ordinance. The applicant shall be required to pay the cost for the Town of Dutch John to provide the required notice to all property owners and public entities.
