Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build.
The official Elmo code is at https://emery.utah.gov/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/ZONING-ORDINANCES.pdf.

This is the town's 1975 typed zoning ordinance, the only one posted online (on Emery County's site). It may be outdated; confirm the current rules with the town.
Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code.
Confirm anything here with Elmo planning before you rely on it.
The location and boundaries of each of the ones are shown
on the Official Zone Map of Elmo, Utah, and said Map is
hereby declared to be an official record and a part of this
Ordinance.
