The ground floor area of any one-family dwelling shall be not less than 550 square feet
and 600 square feet for each additional dwelling unit, provided that this requirement shall
not apply to mobile homes situated within an approved mobile home park. Outside
dimensions of a mobile home shall not be less than 24 feet by 24 feet. (Amended 6-52013)
02-0817-A Mobile Homes can not be attached to any existing dwelling or mobile
home. Mobile Homes can not be older than 10 years from present. (Amendment 4-32015)
