This is the town's 1975 typed zoning ordinance, the only one posted online (on Emery County's site). It may be outdated; confirm the current rules with the town.

All buildings shall be set back at least sixty-five (65) feet from the center of any public
road or thirty (30) feet from the right-of-way line, whichever is the greater distance,
except that all buildings situated adjacent to a state or federally designed highway except
non-access highways, shall be set back at least fifty (5) feet from the right-of-way line.
