The intent of this title is to (1) provide for the construction of certain large scale
development which will permit increased flexibility in land development and efficiency
in the use of our land resources and (2) establish minimum standards and procedures for
the construction and maintenance of such developments to the end that the quality of the
living environment will be maintained.
The following scale developments shall be permitted upon compliance with the
regulations set forth herein but only in the zones in which such large scale developments
are permitted.
A. Mobile home parks.
B. Recreational vehicle courts.
