This is the town's 1975 typed zoning ordinance, the only one posted online (on Emery County's site). It may be outdated; confirm the current rules with the town.

No person, firm, or corporation shall commence to construct, alter or move a building
or structure, or to make a change in use of any land within the territory shown on the
zone map which has been adopted as a part of this Ordinance without first submitting
an application and obtaining a permit therefore from the Zoning Administrator or other
authorized officer, provided, however, that permits for the moving of structure shall be
granted only in compliance with the requirements as set forth in Section 02.0525-F of
this Ordinance. Said permit shall also be required for the moving and/or improvement
of mobile homes, demountable homes, manufactured homes, and similar movable
structures except when being moved from outside the town into an approved mobile
home park.
