This is the town's 1975 typed zoning ordinance, the only one posted online (on Emery County's site). It may be outdated; confirm the current rules with the town.

For the purposes of the above provisions, construction and alteration shall be defined as
the erection, reconstruction, remodeling, or razing of a structure to the extend of $100
in replaceable value.
