Any citizen or person, or any office of department of the municipality may appeal to
the Board of Adjustment by filing a request in writing with the Zoning Administrator
and by paying a fee of $5.00, provided such appeal is made with thirty (30) days from
the grant or refusal of a building permit by the Zoning Administrator. The request to
appear before the Board of Adjustment shall be made on forms furnished by the Zoning
Administrator.
