RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATIONS, PENALTY, EFFECTIVE DATE
20.1101 Conflict
Whenever regulations in this Ordinance require higher standards than are required in
other Ordinances or laws, the provisions of this Ordinance shall govern. Whenever
regulations of other Ordinances or laws require higher standards then the provisions of
this Ordinances, then said other Ordinances or laws shall govern. All ordinances or
parts of ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby
repealed.
