It is unlawful to transfer ownership of any parcel of land pursuant to an invalid subdivision. The Town may, in its discretion, void such transfers. Additionally, any person who transfers ownership of a parcel of land pursuant to a subdivision that has not been approved under this Chapter shall be criminally liable for a Class C misdemeanor.
