The sketch plan will be reviewed by;
a. the developer and the staff and; b. the developer and the planning commission. At the sketch plan meetings the City will be informed of the developer's subdivision plan. No binding commitments may be made and no formal action by the planning commission or City Council is required at this time. The intent of these meetings is to provide a mutual exchange of information. The preliminary plat should be prepared in accordance with information discussed at these meetings in addition to complying with other parts of this title. (Ord. 2002-04, 2002)
