Standards for design and construction specifications of all water distribution and fire hydrants, sewage disposal distribution and facilities, street improvements, curbs, gutters, storm drainage, flood-control facilities, etc. shall be prepared and kept on file by the City. All subdividers shall comply with the standards established by the City. (Ord. 2002-04, 2002)
