A. The minimum area, width, and yard regulations for the R-A district are as follows:

B. Modifying regulations for the R-A district are as follows: 1. Side Yards. On corner lots, the side yard which faces on a street shall be the same as the front yard setback required for that district. 2. Rear Yards. All accessory buildings shall be located at the rear of and at least ten (10) feet from the main building and shall have a rear yard of two (2) feet. (Ord. dated 5/14/82 §12-803(5, 6))
