Conditional uses for the R-1 district are as follows:
A. Child day care or nursery; B. Church; C. Duplex; D. Home occupation; E. Private recreational grounds and facilities, not open to the general public, and to which no admission
charge is made; F. Public and quasi-public buildings and uses; G. Accessory uses and buildings customarily incidental to the uses set out in this section. (Ord. dated
