The following lot area requirements shall apply:
A. Division Lot. Mobile homes may be placed upon subdivision lots in accordance with the following requirements: Each subdivided lot or parcel of land upon which a mobile home unit is placed shall have an area of not less than six thousand (6,000) square feet.
