Conditional uses for the C-1 district areas are as follows:
A. Bakery; B. Barbershop;
C. Beauty shop; D. Drugstore; E. Grocery store; F. Ice cream store; G. Medical and dental offices; H. Professional office; I. Public utilities; J. Variety store; K. Accessory buildings and uses; L. Other uses approved by the planning commission as being in harmony with the intent of the
