Enterprise zoning code

17-29-060 C-3 GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE: SPECIAL PROVISIONS

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Enterprise code is at https://enterpriseutah.gov/city-ordiances/. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Enterprise planning before you rely on it.
A. It shall be the duty of the planning commission to carefully review each new proposed use, considering such factors as dust, smoke, odor, noise, vibration, aesthetics, access, parking, traffic safety, pedestrian safety, storm drainage, lighting and other factors that may have objectionable effects. Conditions as deemed necessary by the planning commission shall be imposed upon the applicant(s) as part of the approval process. B.
