The purpose of the OS zone is to permit the use of open space land within the City of Enterprise for uses compatible with the protection of the natural and scenic resources of the City; to minimize flooding, erosion and other environmental hazards; to provide for the transition of existing uses to future uses which are more conductive to proper community development; and to provide for the health, safety, and welfare of the residents of the City of Enterprise.
