Enterprise zoning code

17-36-100 SUPPLEMENTARY AND QUALIFYING REGULATIONS: HEIGHT LIMITATIONS--EXCEPTIONS

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Enterprise code is at https://enterpriseutah.gov/city-ordiances/. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Enterprise planning before you rely on it.
Penthouse or roof structures for the housing of elevators stairways, tanks, ventilating fans or similar equipment required to operate and maintain the building and fire or parapet walls, skylights, towers, steeples, flagpoles, chimneys, smokestacks, water tanks, wireless or television masts, silos, solar collectors and equipment may be erected above the height limits herein prescribed, but no space above the height limit shall be allowed for purposes of providing additional floor space.
