Enterprise zoning code

17-36-120 SUPPLEMENTARY AND QUALIFYING REGULATIONS: HEIGHT LIMITATIONS--ACCESSORY BUILDINGS

Unofficial copy. It may be out of date. Not legal or zoning advice. Zoning rules change, and only the city or county can say for sure what is allowed on a property. Confirm with the city or county planning department before you buy, sign or build. The official Enterprise code is at https://enterpriseutah.gov/city-ordiances/. Text pulled 2026-10-19 from this source. Tables (like use tables) may not copy cleanly, so check any table against the official code. Confirm anything here with Enterprise planning before you rely on it.
No building which is accessory to a one-family or two-family dwelling shall be erected to a height greater than fifteen (15) feet unless adequate setbacks or other conditions exist which would not impede available solar sky space from adjoining properties. (Ord. dated 5/14/82 §12-310)
