(1) No permit to construct a wireless telecommunication facility shall be approved if the operation of the facility will interfere with emergency or airport communications.
(2) Wireless telecommunication facilities shall be located and shall operate in such a manner as to minimize or eliminate interference with communications other than emergency or airport. Such communications include commercial, private, amateur and governmental communications.
